About the Event
Join AMIS friends at the Summer Shade Festival in Grant Park on Saturday, August 23rd, from 2-5 PM. We will enjoy the live music, food, and the art market!
The festival takes place near the Berne St. and Park Ave. gate. We will meet just inside this entrance at 2 PM. It's okay if you're late or need to leave early. You are free to come and go as your schedule allows.
Grant Park is accessible via MARTA bus lines 9 (from King Memorial Station) and 832 (from West End Station). Paid parking is available at the Zoo lot and the Gateway Parking Deck. If you are interested in sharing a rideshare with others, select that option when registering and you will receive a separate email from Emily Spears, Communications and Program Director, to arrange that.
